Terms & Conditions

These terms are here to create clarity — a shared understanding of how the work is held.

1. Nature of the Work

This is a depth-oriented counselling practice.

The work focuses on relational patterns, emotional awareness, and what happens in real time — both within you and between you and others.

It is not clinical psychotherapy or medical treatment. I don’t diagnose or treat mental disorders.

If something emerges that requires licensed clinical care — such as acute psychiatric symptoms, addiction, or interpersonal violence — I will help you find appropriate support.

2. Sessions & Payment

Sessions take place online via a private Zoom or Whereby link.

Payment is made at the time of booking.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Changes within 24 hours are charged in full.

This helps maintain continuity in the work and respects time held for all clients.

4. How to Attend

Please join from a quiet, private space where you can speak freely.

For couples sessions, joining from separate rooms (if possible) often improves clarity and reduces reactivity.

A stable internet connection is needed for the session to work well.

5. Confidentiality & Boundaries

Everything shared in sessions is confidential, within professional ethics and GDPR guidelines.

In couples work, confidentiality between partners is maintained unless undisclosed information makes the work impossible to continue with integrity.

If communication becomes harmful or the frame of the work is compromised, I may pause the session or suggest a different form of support.

6. Scope of Support

This work offers depth, presence, and structure — but it is not a crisis service.

If you are in immediate risk or acute distress, please contact local emergency services or a licensed crisis provider.
