Terms & Conditions
A clear, human frame for how we work together.
These terms exist for one reason: to create clarity.
Nothing here is meant to be legalistic or heavy — just a shared understanding of how this work is held.
1. Nature of the Work
This is experiential relational therapy and guidance.
It focuses on communication patterns, emotional awareness, and how partners relate in real time.
I don’t diagnose, treat mental disorders, or offer medical services.
I’m trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and Internal Family Systems (IFS/IFIO), and hold ongoing studies in psychology and relationship science.
If something emerges that requires licensed clinical care — such as addiction, acute psychiatric symptoms, or interpersonal violence — I will always help you find appropriate support.
2. Sessions & Payment
- Sessions are offered online via a private Whereby link.
- Payment is made at the time of booking.
- Your session time is reserved exclusively for you or for the two of you as a couple.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Changes or cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your session.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
- This helps keep the work steady and respects time held for all clients.
4. How to Attend
- Please join from a quiet, private location where you can speak freely.
- For online couples sessions, joining from separate rooms (if possible) often improves clarity and reduces reactivity.
- A stable internet connection and adequate audiovisual equipment is required
5. Confidentiality & Boundaries
- Everything shared in our sessions is confidential within professional ethics and GDPR guidelines.
- Confidentiality between partners is upheld unless undisclosed information affects relational trust in a way that makes the work impossible.
- If communication becomes harmful or the frame of the work is compromised, I may pause or suggest a different form of support.
6. Scope of Support
This work offers depth, presence, and structure — but it is not a crisis service.
If you are experiencing immediate risk or acute distress, please contact local emergency services or a licensed crisis provider in your area.
